These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Batji ("Platform", "We" or "Batji") and its users ("You", "Member" or "Player") constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Batji is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and internationally. Our platform includes casino games, Sports Betting, live dealer games, and e-sports betting.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To play on Batji, you must first register an account. Providing complete and accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory.

• Each person may register only one account. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The name, address, and contact information provided at registration must be accurate and match your government-issued ID.
• Your account password and login credentials are strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Batji Support immediately.
• If multiple members of the same household register accounts from the same device or IP address, Batji may request additional information for verification.

Batji reserves the right to verify, suspend, or close any account, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or policy violations are suspected.

Batji is a 18+ Platform. No person under the age of eighteen may use this platform.

• Providing false age information at registration will result in account termination.
• Batji may request a national ID or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Batji currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. More payment methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT) per day. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned.
• There are no service charges on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own fees may apply.
• Deposits are usually credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes. If there's a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.

Batji is committed to preventing money laundering. We are required to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day. Separate limits apply for VIP members.
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A copy of your national ID or passport is required.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. During peak times, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Batji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% match bonus on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000. A minimum of 10x wagering is required to withdraw this bonus.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected games; winnings are subject to wagering requirements.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is based on net losses. Batji reserves the right to modify the terms.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a special bonus. See the terms page for full details.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or different identities will result in account closure.
• Batji reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program without prior notice.

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino gaming on Batji.

• Minimum Bet: ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Batji reserves the right to void any bet where the odds contain an obvious error.
• Batji will not be liable for any bets that fail to process during live betting due to internet disruptions.
• If a match in an accumulator or combo bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining odds will be recalculated.
• RTP (Return to Player) information for casino games is available on the game page. All games are audited by independent third parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batji:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Misusing bonuses or promotional offers (including arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any software or system on the platform.
• Playing games or placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to harass or harm other members.
• Match-fixing or attempting to exert corrupt influence over any sports event.

Any violation of this policy gives Batji the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

Batji believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a time limit on your sessions in advance.
• Self-Exclusion: You can suspend your account temporarily or permanently at any time.
• Reality Check: You will be periodically reminded of how long you have been playing.

• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

Batji's maximum liability for any single incident is limited to the total amount deposited by that member during the relevant month.

Batji reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any major changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
